Angel Lin

HR and Communications

Angel is a yoga teacher of 18 years, but she is also a dancer, a mother, a daughter, a wife, and a sister. She has been a movement enthusiast at a young age, and was trained in Chinese classical and folk dance in her teen to early adulthood.
She stumbled upon Block 1750 in early 2015 looking for a studio space to practice yoga after a life altering experience. She immediately fell in love with the community at the Block and reignited her love for dance again. In addition to learning hip hop, breakdancing and contemporary at the Block, she is also studying Floor Flow and Pole dancing with Marlo Frisken. She is an avid aerialist for the last 4 years and a crazy snowboarder for the past 20 years. She holds a BA in Visual Arts and MS in Interior Design.
She brings her life experience, open mindedness, and years of contemplative practice to the role of HR and hopes to further nurture a harmonious, safe and thriving environment for dancers alike.
