Robin grew up in Southern California training in Jazz, Modern, Ballet and Hip Hop. She became pre-professional at 14 in Fusion Dance Co. in Santa Barbara. She was a primary instructor for a non-profit called Everybody Dance Now! that shared dance with underserved communities, as well as teaching for studios around Santa Barbara and Westlake Village. She studied Exercise Biology at the University of California Davis, where she was creative director for Released Contemporary Dance Co. After college, she had the privilege of traveling to London for Summer Dance Adventures Intensive for two summers learning from choreographers Emma Portner, Stephen Aspinall, and TJ Lowe among many others. During a brief period in Salt Lake City, UT, she was a member of SALT 2 Dance Co. She recently moved to Denver, where she joined the community at Block 1750, as well as Sarah Touslee's Backbone Dance Company. She incorporates dynamic textured movement, classic technique, and personal movement discovery in her classes.
