Weekly rentals

Want to host a weekly dance, Yoga, or other type of movement class/rehearsal?? The Block has availability for you!

Weekly Rates: 

  • 1-4 hours/week: $45/hr

  • 5+ hours/week: $40/hr

Availability: Currently we have some weekly availability before 1:30PM on weekdays, and Saturday early mornings. Contact [email protected] for specific availability.

Event Rentals

Rate: $60/hr (minimum 4 hours)

The Block features all of the amenities you need to make your next event a success, including: 

  • Full kitchen with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Sink

  • 1800SQFT sprung wood dance floor

  • Sound system

  • Couches and tables

  • Bathrooms

Availability: Saturdays and Sunday afternoons/evenings are usually available for booking! 

*A $250 refundable reservation, floor and cleaning deposit is required for event rentals. Any damages or lack of payment will be deducted from this deposit.
