Wednesday August 29th 5:30pm - 6:45pm
The aim for the class is to give tools from contemporary floorwork, acrobatics, and jazz techniques that will help to strengthen your body and find a flow through movement and music. The class is divided into 3 parts:
1. Warmup: Focus on breathing. Working through exercises to gain strength and find balance.
2. Technique practice: Work to combine and perfect jumps, turns and acrobatic movements.
3. Choreography: Use what we've practiced in a choreography. Exploring how to find ones own expression and connect to the music. And most important, enjoying to dance!
